SMOKII JOE PULLED PORK

Succulent, fall apart, simple pulled pork. So good, condiments are optional!

Ingredients:

3.5 lbs Boston Butt Pork

2.5 oz Smokii Joe Dry Rub™

1 large Onion; coarsely chopped

32 oz. Beef Stock or Broth

2 tbsp. Salted Butter

1 Pkg. Kaiser Rolls (Poppy Seed optional)

Instructions:

*This recipe features a pressure cooker. However, you may use a Crock Pot as a substitute.

1). Generously apply rub to all sides of meat. Use about 5 tbsp. or more depending on weight of meat.

2). Adjust setting on your Pressure Cooker (1 hour); add butter.

3). Place meat in Pressure Cooker, sear on all sides.

4). Add cut onion & beef stock.

Cover pot, and follow manufacturer’s instructions. *Applies to slow cooker as well.

Cook until meat shreds easily, (adding additional minutes as needed). Stack on a Kaiser Roll. Enjoy!
