Returns Policy

Need to Return Your Purchase? It’s easy, and it’s FREE!*

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened coffee, tea or other products will be exchanged for the same product only.

Return shipping is complimentary unless you ordered the incorrect item*. We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything. If you would like to exchange or return an item on your order call 1-401-300-5282 (JAVA) for assistance.


  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping transit times are in business days and exclude Weekends and Holidays.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Non-contiguous USA locations: Ship costs are subject to review and change prior to shipment. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.
  • Non-USA destinations: All custom, duties and taxes are additional and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Non-USA/Canada destinations: We limit our shipping destination to USA and Canada points only. Please provide a USA freight forwarder address
